BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 1400 Cowart Street, being on the southeast line of Cowart Street at West 14th Street. Lots 28, 29, 30, and 31, block 2, J. C. Stanton's Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in deed book H, volume 2, page 156, ROHC; being the property described in deed book 4120, page 841, ROHC. Tax Map No. 145L-A-11. from M-1 Manufacturing Zone to C-3 Central Business Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 0C 1. Subject to approval of parking plan by City Traffic Engineer; maximum height of five (5) stories. 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage as provided by law.
